We offer the widest range of olefinic and elastomeric engineered sheets in India, available today. CompSpec™ sheets and laminates are formulated using a wide variety of olefin and styrene based polymers and elastomers; designed to meet demanding performance across varied industries, available in thickness from 500 microns to 5 mm, width upto 2000 mm, custom length in different texture and colours.
Sheets are manufactured and supplied as single layer mono-material, 2/3 layers multi-material, laminates with non-wovens, woven fabrics, fibers, scrim or sandwiched reinforcement to meet performance requirements across various applications.
With over 1500+ formulations to choose from, we ensure that we match our customer’s exact requirements, technically engineered to meet performance, aesthetics and haptics required for applications across various markets.
THERMOFORMED PARTS & COMPONENTS
As India’s only fully integrated tier 1, we provide our customers with cost-effective solutions for their parts and components. Our thermoforming division, with capabilities of making 3 mtr X 2 mtr large parts, supplies assemblies for automotive, medical devices, packaging and so on.
CompSpec™ product range includes
Tough and durable material (homopolymer and copolymer), stiffer than polyethylene with excellent low temperature impact resistance, chemical and UV resistance. Special grades are available as conductive ESD, anti-static, talc filled, flame retardant, anti slip, heat resistant, metal deactivated and foamed.
Tough and durable material with excellent low temperature impact resistance, high ESCR, chemical and UV resistance. Special grades are available as conductive ESD, anti-static, talc filled, anti-slip and high abrasion resistance.
Low modulus, low hardness TPO sheets as an excellent replacement for PVC and filled EVA, used for automotive durable and lightweight carpets and underlays.
3. CompSpec™ 4000 Series – TPO Skins & Laminates
Tough and durable thermoformable sheets with an excellent balance of impact/stiffness, heat weldable, chemical resistance, UV stabilized. Special grades include higher heat resistance, flame retardant, high specific heat and NVH insulation for better HVAC performance. An excellent alternative to ABS – eliminates rattling noise.
A range of specialty moldable TPO bilaminates, skins and foils, primarily for automotive interiors, for thermoforming onto rigid substrates of instrument panels, door inserts; washable headliners; CV interior back trims and so on. These laminates are formable, suitable for IMG, providing superior haptics, scratch resistance, and soft touch. Replaces PVC – Slush Moulding, PVC Skin, Non-woven bi-laminates.
A range of advanced thermoplastic composites sheets for high performance needs. These sheets include hard+soft co- extruded sheets, lightweight glass-filled/mineral filled sheets, TPO with a variety of backing materials – non-woven fabrics, PP+Jute felts and many more.
These specialty sheets are based on PP and PE, primarily for packaging applications to protect sensitive electronic components during handling and transportation. Surface resistivity of these sheets range from 103 to 1012 ohm / sq.
